MR is not a technology led industry; our roots lie in the social sciences and statistics. But when
technology affords us the tools to do our job better than we ever have before, it’s time to get on that train.
As a presenter, I have taken the time to really look into what this conference has to offer, and what strikes me most is
how different it seems compared to the past few years.
So what is social media telling us? It’s telling us one side of the story. If we want to hear the whole story, we
need to compare it to complementary insights.
