We need to understand the significance of the disappearing middle class. The middle class may be shrinking
more slowly in terms of sheer numbers, but the rate of departure is far greater when you look at mindset.
It’s the inaugural edition of this conference, organized by the MRA, Quirk’s, and Corporate Executive Board. What intrigued me most is that the three
organizers each bring a unique perspective on the research industry, which I’m hoping leads to some well-rounded perspective.
When setting off on this mission, we vowed not to just make social media another menu offering on a long buffet line of services, but to find ways to
truly integrate it with our other methodologies in order to give our clients more context and depth in the insights we were providing them.
