KL Communications takes pride in its Panel Health Evaluations. To us, maintaining an enjoyable experience for our panel members is extremely important and we work to continually enhance the experience to better engage our members. We regularly conduct surveys to evaluate the members’ experience and expectations. Feedback ranges from how their experience is meeting their expectations and how it can be improved, to what features they are visiting on the website and how often. We examine the findings and provide the client with recommendations to enhance the panel experience.


As well as using this feedback for the individual panel, we also use it to compare panels to one another so clients can evaluate how their panels measure up. We take what works well for some panels and apply it to others to maximize satisfaction across the board.
