Senior Community Manager
As a Senior Community Manager, Jamie manages and facilitates qualitative and quantitative research projects for various online communities, both new and long-standing. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, content design, insights analysis, reporting and presenting results, as well as collaborating with clients to ensure objectives and deadlines are met. Jamie is also responsible for training and mentoring Quantitative Research Managers, as she has an expertise in quantitative research. In 2014 Jamie was selected as one of Survey Magazine’s “20 Researchers You Need to Know.”
Before joining KL Communications, Jamie earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing at The College of New Jersey and then entered the field of Market Research at a local firm specializing in consumer research.
Outside the office, Jamie enjoys keeping up with entertainment news and watching the New York Giants, as well as spending time with family and meeting up with friends.
